One-to-one, in your own space
One-to-one hands-on sessions delivered in your home. Aimed at leaving you relaxed, present and capable — helping you let go of tension, rebalancing the body, and educating and empowering you along the way, into your real self.
Sessions & pricing
Two lengths, whichever meets you. Every session can be relaxation- or restorative-focused — simply tell us on the day.
What to expect
- —A short, unhurried welcome and a few words about what your body is asking for that day.
- —Everything is brought to you — table, fresh linens, oils — and set up in your own space, with professional towel draping throughout.
- —Breath-led, hands-on bodywork woven through with the Exhale Release Technique™ — soft-tissue release alongside nervous-system regulation.
- —Space afterwards to come back slowly, rather than straight onto the next thing.
