Frequently Asked Questions
What is the recommended distance, and how long should one session last?
We recommend a distance of 15 to 50 cm for 10 to 20 minutes on the illuminated area. Longer sessions are less effective because cells stop absorbing more light after 20 minutes. However, the further you are from the source, the longer you’ll need to use it, as intensity decreases with distance. Precise numbers can't be guaranteed as individual reactions vary, so listen to your body.
Is it necessary to wear protective glasses during therapy?
We recommend wearing protective glasses, your eyes are important and we seek to help keep them safe, Some of our customers simply close their eyes during therapy.
we advise using them regardless, however if you have sensitive eyes or find the light uncomfortable, please consult your doctor.
