Our Story: The Journey of Subtle Being
From an early age, I was drawn to the mysteries of life, the depth of the mind, and the wisdom of Buddhist teachings. Meditation became a cornerstone of my existence, and for over 20 years, I have immersed myself in the practice—spending countless hours in silent retreats, cultivating Samadhi (deep concentration), loving-kindness, and a harmonious mind.
But my journey didn’t start in a treatment room—it began on the dance floor.
For nearly 18 years, I dedicated my life to breakdancing, mastering my body through movement, acrobatics, and athletic training. It was my martial art, my discipline, and my teacher. It taught me control, precision, professionalism, and respect for the body. I performed on global stages, and one of my proudest moments was dancing in the 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony.
Then, injury changed everything.
A serious back injury forced me to stop dancing, and I had to rebuild myself from the ground up. I turned to Qi Gong, yoga, stretching, and rehabilitation exercises, but something was missing—I needed a true understanding of the body to fully recover. That realization led me to study Chiropractic Medicine and Sports Therapy, setting me on a new path of healing, movement, and empowerment.
After years of study, hands-on experience, and working with over 1,000 clients across the UK, I developed my own healing technique—The Exhale Release Method™. This method integrates breathwork, myofascial release, nervous system regulation, and movement therapy to create lasting transformation, not just temporary relief. More importantly, it’s designed to empower clients with knowledge, so they can continue their healing beyond the treatment table.
Today, I am in the final year of my Master of Chiropractic degree, refining my expertise while running Subtle Being: Natural Wellness. My mission is clear:
✅ To redefine wellness by combining ancient wisdom with modern science.
✅ To educate and empower people to heal through awareness, breath, and movement.
✅ To grow this company into something massive—spreading the Exhale Release Method™ worldwide and changing the way people approach health.
Because I believe that knowledge is power—but awareness is the greatest power of all.
